Agree! Shower playing is awesome - I 'literally' do it every morning. Add to your shower pipe a thing like the 'douche-wand' thingy by Clean Stream (wand, line splitter and hose) and you have a wonderful play-n-deep-clean set-up. My shower shares an external wall to my house...some mornings I wonder...

It can also be caused by rectal/colon Cysts, Polyps or Ulcers. Sounds a lot more serious than it is. I had 'ulcers' (based on a colonoscopy I had), which would 'tear' during anal play. I rinse a little with a shower douche (warm water) and all is well (as could be expected with that, of course).
