Hello, this is a great forum with excellent moderators, but at the moment we’ve clearly got a couple of spammers. Please delete or block those accounts.

Indeed we need some cleaning here. Lots of chained spam posts.

If you see SPAM, please report it by clicking the orange circle with exclamation point in the center at the top of the post. It makes the moderators job easier to find SPAM posts.

Hey folks. I was made a moderator to assist with spam messages awhile back. Just want to point out that the spam level has been increasing dramatically. I check in on the forum typically 1-4 times per day, and each time I am now deleting spam. Anywhere from 2-8 spam per day seems common. This is a big increase and takes time to check in, follow each thread, ban the poster and then delete the post.
So if some get by, please understand what we are up against. And as an FYI it does help if people send in notifications abt spam. I’d say abt half are reported, the others i find by going through every post.

I report spam every day. But still I see the same account spam again the next day, sometimes. So please mainly block the accounts and make automatically registering impossible by a catcha.

I automatically ban every single account immediately. So if u see the same account pls let me know as I only see new accounts being opened and spamming.

To the mods: isn’t it possible to implement a feature that new members can’t post links for the first 10 posts they make ?

I remember that at some old forum, I was member at, newbies had restrictions to avoid spammers. It helped a lot.
