I said the first 3 + liquids because of enemas. Most people just use water with a bit of salt, or those store brand saline solutions, but you can use other things if you're feeling adventurous! The only thing you have to be careful about is doing too many too frequently, especially if you use just plain water or something with too much salt, because you can get an electrolyte imbalance or even dehydrated.
