We went down this path several years ago and due to my wife liking to wear thong bikinis she settled on a small tattoo in a straight line about 2cm right above her clit that says "strictly no entry".
She has wanted something above her anus as well but we simply haven't got around to doing anything about it yet.

I would suggest a small red circle with a line through it, like the "No Smoking" signs, for above the clit. You could even swap out the cigarette for a dick. For the rear I would suggest a green check mark, or the words "Enter", or a "P" for parking above the butt crack.
