Why do people go chat on Discord instead of bring life into the forum ?

As an iPhone user I can’t seem to get on Discord chats. And I don’t care because I don’t see the advantage.

So that leaves me with the question in the title. If everyone would post their thoughts here, instead of running off to Discord, there would be more action I think.

Or am I seeing this wrong ?

Well pretty simple: it's way faster and more private if you use private chat, so all in all more comfortable and easier to open up

The forum is anonymous. So I don’t get it. Or do you mean private between two people ?

Yeah okay, I get that. But I keep wondering if there isn’t mych discussed or talked about there, that can just a eesily be put on an ANONYMOUS forum so people can chip in ?

I don’t mean the chats like “I would love to use your ass tonight” of course. Well I don’t know. Maybe I see it wrong because I don’t chat on Discord and even hardly on this site.
