I don't think there is any easy answer to this. The pleasure for him or her are different things and not comparable.

IMO it's not helpful either to try and analyze who is getting the most (subjective) pleasure like there is a winner and loser when having anal. In my experience with my GF is that it's is as much the mental side and the intimacy that enhances the pleasure for both. What men can agree on is that anal sex is more pleasurable than vaginal - I don't think there's any argument there.
