Initially we used doggy as that's the obvious way it seemed but since then it's either missionary with legs pulled up or simply facedown on the bed which is what ended up happening when we did doggy anyway as we increasing tended to collapse on the bed forwards midway.

Are we the only people who ended up with doggy ending up like this?
