Things women should know about their own butt

Things women should know about their own butt

Post by Buttwoman » Fri Mar 31, 2017 8:01 am

I've been reading these pages for a couple days now. I see we have some real anal experts, a lot of newbies, and some guys with varying degrees of experience. This post is just some insights from a AO woman, who has been anally consumed for forty years. There's almost nothing to do with my butt that I haven't done (I sit and read Facebook in the morning with something ((usually obscenely big)) up my butt.)

There's a shit load of misinformation about stretching your butt. If you stretch a piece of pizza dough, it stays stretched. If you stretch an elastic band, it pops back to it's original size, no matter how much you stretched it, or how many times. You butthole is like the elastic band. As you learn to accept bigger things, plugs, a cock, you are not really permanently stretching anything, you are training your BRAIN, to relax those muscles. The actual opening is that elastic band. Bottom line (pun intended)- Your butt will not hang open like a loose sack no matter how much sex you have, or for how long. If you look at it right after sex, yup, it's open, and loose. Half an hour later, it's like there was never anything up there.

Everybody has read it on the internet somewhere- You bowels are the consistency of wet tissue paper, and tears easily. Bull! Once you are opened up, and lubed, your ass is one tough mother. Bang away as much as you please. It is really hard to hurt yourself. I have a life sized fist dildo, and I can bounce up and down, twist, and thrust. Use common sense, and don't try to stick a cactus in there, and you'll be fine.

Every woman who can get a cock in their ass can show their lover a gape. It's not a pornstar trick. When you're fucking, and at your most comfortable, and he can stroke freely, and easily, get on your knees, bend way forward with your knees by your tits, buns up. Reach around with both hands, and grab your buttcheeks, and spread them as far as you can. You'll show him a nice gape. You can put two fingers from each hand in your hole, and pull yourself even more open if you wish. If it starts closing up, he'll gladly give you a couple more strokes.

If you are considering a big enema right up into your colon, for both the feeling, and the cleanout you get, there are a couple of things to know. Most women give themselves their enema in the bathtub. If stuff starts shooting out of you before you get to the toilet, don't panic. It's the same drain that your toilet uses. Just rinse it down the drain. OMG, I shit in the bathtub! Doesn't matter. Assuming you've made it to the toilet. Out it comes in a big gush. A great feeling. DO NOT- wipe your ass, and get dressed for work. In a half an hour, an equal amount might come out, with equal force. No amount of clenching will stop that. You'll swear that so much liquid came out, there's nothing left, but why risk running home with you jacket tied around you waist. (most women of menstrual age know that feeling).

There is no measurable testosterone in cum. There is almost scientific proof that cum in your rectum has a anti-depressant, and mood altering effect. How much of this is just general 'Just got fucked' afterglow, and how much is real science doesn't matter. It feels good, and it's not just a guy's story to get in your pants.

If you're having a quick fuck, at work, outside a bar, or anything that involves getting dressed right after. In a short while, your butt is going to start leaking cum, lube, some mucal lining, and even some fecal matter. A quick wipe after sex won't help this. There is nothing...nothing, more embarrassing than a stain on the back of your clothes, right where your butt is! Simple solution- A menstrual pad, a little further back than usual (think where the escape may happen). It works perfectly.

Numerous websites about stuff lost up people asses. Based entirely on my own experience, only little toys, tiny dildos etc. could get lost up there, and certainly only cause you've tried to push them up there way too far. Any penis sized toy, if it goes past your sphincter, will pop right back out with a little poop-push. Almost every day, I push some toy (usually a jelly dong) right into my ass, so I can walk around, do housework etc. It's a great full feeling, specially big ones, with some heft to them. I've had stuff all the way in, my hole closed right up after them, for years, and never had any problem getting them out. If you're nervous that things can get lost up there, by all means use dongs with balls, or toys with handles, or strings. I'm only talking my own experience.

Don't be afraid of your own ass. It's yours to play with, explore, see what works for you. Society has told us not to...fuck em, it's your butt. The more you get to know your own plumbing, the better you will enjoy anal play. Test your own limits sometimes, or just gently stick in a lubed finger, and daydream. Look at your ass in a mirror, open it up and look inside, or watch while you play with a toy.

When buying toys, girth is everything. Most of them are plenty long to fill you up. Start (some small toys are TOO small to do anything) the size of your lovers penis. Then get another, bigger than him (no it won't make you 'loose', remember the elastic?). Every woman should own a cock sized toy, and practice with it, over and over again. Next time he goes to fuck you, it will slide in with zero pain, and impress the hell out of him.

Everything thing here is my, unscientific, finding, from being anally obsessed. You may not agree, or find other information elsewhere. Enjoy.

I am curious about lube, when it comes to a woman of your experience: how essential it is for you?
I have read (and experienced) women who are "wet from their ass" and didn't need any lube. Is it the same for you?

you are training your BRAIN, to relax those muscles.

That's not the entire situation. If done gently so as not to exceed the elastic limit, you are also making the muscles more limber.

It's like starting an exercise routine of bicep curls. A day after a first intense workout, your arms will be sore at the biceps and the crook of your arm. That's Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, sometimes expressed as the acronym, DOMS. After several days of recovery time and more workouts with the same weight, it will become a lot harder to get sore, because the muscles are more elastic. Your arm muscles will stretch very easily, but nobody would think your arms would just flop around at your sides from becoming loose or weak. Quite the opposite.

So it's not just your brain telling your arm that it's relaxed. There are physical changes to the muscle cells making then more elastic so they stretch more easily without injury. Ass muscles contain the same kind of muscle cells, just arranged differently. As long as you don't forcibly yank on muscles (arm or ass) faster or harder than they're accustomed, they will be fine, and they'll stretch and contract reliably.

I still think it's absolutely essential. If there's any wetness in your butt, it's probably some mucous, and wouldn't last long as a lubricant. Also, you'll need lube outside your ass to get things going. A little silicone lube goes a long way, and doesn't have that sticky, gooey feeling. One application will probably last a whole session.
In my opinion, a guy that wants to go in dry is trying to assert dominance. A woman can make her own choice, and it dry works, well...it's not my butt.

Great post! Yes, it's my ass and I want to start enjoying it!
I had never heard of AO until a few days ago and it really got me thinking about sex and my (sometimes) lack of enjoyment.
I laid awake all night (with a butt plug in) thinking about how I needed to make a conscious change to start enjoying sex again (vaginal just isn't that great).
I've LOVED reading these posts!

Hi! I've been training everyday for a couple weeks. I had started training about a month before, did a couple weeks, took a break for about a week and started these two weeks up. I have found that my asshole is staying loose enough to always slip my finger in easily whenever I want. It even has a slight gape when I spread my cheeks. I'm loving it.

It's good to know I can have anal everyday, wear my plugs and gape as much as I want without fear of doing permanent damage. There is so much misinformation or no info at all when it comes to having anal regularly.

Thanks for posting this!
