Cleaning Out

Looking for advice from the forum. Without special diet preparations and planning, what is the best way to clean the rectum before anal play and sex? My wife uses water and/or saline enemas, but she doesn’t hold the water/saline in, she just pushes it right back out. She did this twice last night before sex, but I could feel some poop in her rectum during finger play. It didn’t stop us from using larger toys before I fucked her balls deep, but a little “soot”, as she calls it, leaked out after her second anal orgasm. Should she hold the water or saline in longer? I’ll bet someone on this forum has the answer, and it’s far less complicated than training for a triathlon.
