AO couples: shared gut bacteria

Hi All

My partner and I have been AO for a few years now and we were wondered if the lifestyle has benefitted our gut bacteria. We both share toys for penetration, rim and of course she receives my penis analy. I read that couples tend to have more diverse bacteria and therefore better overall health as a result. Any other AO couples feel good about their gut health?

I can’t say we’ve noticed. My wife has celiac’s disease so she pays careful attention to her gut health. I have a thousand reasons why anal sex is a good thing. Gut health makes reason 1,001!
