I waited more than 3 decades before my wife realized she prefers anal only. Part of it was my lack of skill but a major reason was birth control meds killed her libido. We tried many times without success until she started hormone replacement therapy. When her libido improved, she became more receptive, especially after experiencing her first anal orgasm.
