Mostly psychological for me. I think sexual things in general tend to be mostly psychological. (I find handjobs boring, but I love footjobs. They provide basically the same degree of physical stimulation. I love footjobs because I have a thing for feet.)

With that said, I do think the sensation of anal feels better than vaginal.
