I know it is commonly called "Greek Sex", but other than that, which cultures, countries, and religions are most anal sex friendly?

I've been told anal is most common in Brazil. Which would explain why large butt are more sought after than large breasts.

I'm a brazilian guy, then I can say. We really love to see anal sex on porn, but in the real life it's a big taboo. Poor people and who live in favelas do it more (or admit it more, at least). But everybody loves big butts, that's true. We have funk, a music style that stimulates sex, even anal.
