Most likely with his penis going so deep into your intestines the flora there will just be a cum swamp as opposed to a well fuctioning digestive system....best give up anal now as no one has ever done it for more than a year a not had a major prolapse....yeah

You don't want to do frequent deep enemas as that can disturb the balance of intestinal flora, but if you're just doing a minor rectal flush without going deeper into the colon you'll be fine with an enema as well.
If you practice anal safely so that it doesn't hurt and you don't injure yourself, you will not develop hemorrhoids, a prolapse, incontinence, fissures or other scary sounding things as a result. There are couples here who have been exclusively practicing anal sex for multiple decades, often 5 or more times a week, with no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, myths surrounding anal sex are very pervasive.
If you enjoy it and don't experience pain or injury from it, it's not harmful.

rectal flush means to clean only the empty place in the anus, righ? But in the bowels will still have faeces and if there is a vacuum, i will do the bad thing... for this every time i'm doing deep enema! What healthly problems could caouse this?
