a friend has had this PA piercing since last week.
I wonder if this works with anal sex. both for me and for him. Or does he have to take it out then?

After i got my clitores piercing I was told not to have sex. Because it can increase the risks of infection. I would say with PA you can still have sex, but with a condom the first weeks. Or at least untill it has healed properly.

I can answer that question too. a vch (vertical clithood piercing) can certainly be extra stimulating.

I cant really answer that. Its been 10 years now since Ive removed it. But back then the sex wasnt better with it, but it made me feel more naughty in a kind a way
