it's simple if you think about it. It's a muscle. Babies wear a diaper because the muscle is relaxed and they have not learned to control it. Potty training is nothing more than training those muscles to be clinched all the time. You have been clenching that muscle for so long that it is natural and you don't even think about it. So how many muscles do you know that stop working because you relaxed them for a little bit
