I product prodigious quantities of sperm and a former partner claimed that the testosterone surge caused her stomach cramping, either from ejaculating in her rectum or when she swallowed. Has anyone else experienced this?

I havent ever heard of sperm causing cramping. Unless of course it is absolutely massive quantities like the girls in porn that are guzzling 30 loads. I could see that causing a little bit of cramping due to ingesting a large quantity of something your body isnt used to. But even the biggest single loads shouldnt be enough to cause cramping.

I would not correlate the cramping with ejaculate. More likely it is some diet issue or even some deeper issues.
