My wife an I have been anal only for intercourse 9 of out 10 years together.
I used to give her oral front and back however the only time she wants
oral in the front is after anal intercourse. Which could be 3 minutes or 3 hours
if I have the strap on and toys when we watch porn.
Any other woman prefer this and why not oral before?

Perhaps she has anal orgasms from your anal intercourse but they don't have the same satisfying, arousal-ending effect that a clitoral orgasm from oral sex often does? For a lot of people, that's a benefit of anal orgasms and a reason to avoid clitoral orgasms, but if she's used to that conclusive ending rather than continuing arousal, it may be something she feels she needs.
