How to get past the first/second orgasm?

When my girlfriend has an anal orgasm her ass becomes more sensitive, to the point of irrititated (even though we use lots of lube) and we have to stop. She gets to climax but I usually don't so we would like to get past her limit (wich is usually one orgasm, rarely two). Got any advice?

Try maybe using a different kind of lube?
