Leaving in your penis in your partner anally

I wonder if anyone has this same issue. After a anal session with my GF, sometimes we fall asleep and either my penis is in pain, or when I pull out, regardless of how slow, she feels pain. What if anything can be done to over come these issues? Is it just her naturally tightening back up? *Btw its NOT an STD.

My guess would be that the lube gets absorbed by her rectum, hence the pain while pulling out much later. Pretty easy solution: Don't fall asleep inside her :)
