Water Squirter, Too Much Left Me. Felt Like I was Dying

I have had an experience where I was fucking, and I mean fucking. Woo, so much water came out of me it was ridiculous. I kept having to replenish on water or I was gonna pass out. I felt light headed, weak, on the verge of death. It wasn't physical exhaustion, it was laugh of water supply.
My feeling is that the dick wasn't where it was suppose to be. Any other indications as to what it could be?
