Since im in this group my husband and I are doing anal more often. Before I take an anal shower, but are there any other options to get clean backdoors? It takes too much time to prepare for it, and we both get turned off by the idea of having poop involved.

As for cleaning, it depends on much water you use. You only need to douche your rectum, so about 100 ml of water should be alright, if you use a lot more, it turns into an enema (water enters your colon), and you don't want this for a quick clean.

I think i have been doing an enema this whole time. Well it took up till 30minutes to lose all the water.
I do always eat a lot of fibres, low carb and no spicy food. And i also take probiotics for some years now

I have exactly the same as your picture. How deep has it to go? I put it all in and fill it till its full. But like I said previously, I also take probiotics and I think thats not a bad thing to do to keep the good bacterias in too.

The tip is too short to enter the second spincter. So what you shouldn’t do is keep pumping in water, cause then it will pass your inner spincter.

The secret is avoiding too much cleansing. If water passes from your rectum into your lower colon, it causes cramping and will take more time before you’re ready for anal. For all but deep anal play, all you need to do is rinse your rectum out lightly.

My wife’s greatest fear is that I will encounter some poo during anal. I was going to post about this separately but she is learning after all these years that a thorough cleaning can make it worse.
