Ok if you're squeamish taking about poop turn back now. ..

After anal I tend to have extremely satisfying poops. Like I should be paying for this kind of cleansing power I swear I lose a pound each time.

Is this common?

Haha...., I don't think you'll find too much squeamishness in this bunch but, to answer your question, you're not alone. My wife seems to "poop" a lot afterwards, too.

I've heard this same comment from other women. You are not alone.

It works both ways for my gf. Before we have sex she'll visit the bathroom and her body must know because she'll usually poop then. Also in the morning after. It used to be much looser or unpredictable for her in the early days but since we went AO and have alot of anal she's just nice and regular.

My wife used to be very constipated with only one bowel movement every 3 days. Ever since we have bee AO, it has really helped her to become more regular.... A real benefit of AO! I'm surprised it's not touted more!

If your partner is shooting huge loads it could be having an laxative effect on you?

Nobody wants to here it has benefits and they wouldn't believe it anyway. Those of us doing anal a long time know it is positive and healthy for women and not the other way around like they say.

I always douche before, so never felt the need to go after.

I find that when I don't I end up with unpredictable messy loose bowel movements and often a tummy ache. Is there a secret to this I haven't figured out yet?
