Well after almost 30 years together we’ve finally got a problem that’s put a damper on our AO sex live... my wife has a large hemorrhoid! Frustrating us both &, of course, causing her great discomfort! Any ideas or suggestions?

Have her wear an NJoy plug as often as she can. The cool smooth steel and the weight will be very beneficial although at first she will only be able to wear it for short periods.
A Large size would probably be right for her at this stage but if she can cope with a bit of a stretch you could try the 2.0

I'd suggest seeing a doctor as well. In many cases, frequent anal sex can help avoid getting hemorrhoids, but sometimes it just happens anyway. There are various procedures that can be done to mitigate/remove them if standard in-home treatment doesn't help.

For me . Iv been getting them for a while now . They aren’t as uncomfortable any more because my hole is fairly stretched and loose , but if they are really bad go to the doc and it might be best to get them removed . They will just kee flairing up
