In another post I shared about how my interest in vaginal sex was fading. In fact it's been diminishing for years even before I tried anal, ever since the first time I had sex and it became less interesting bit by bit every time after. I could never imagine becoming bored with anal sex. It always feels fresh and exciting like the firtst time.

I've no doubt they are bored. You hear about it all the time, with endless discussions on magazines and blogs about how people can spice up their sex lives. Vaginal is very functional but it doesn't bring the same emotional intimacy, and definitely not the same level of physical pleasure. I believe those special qualities lead to some kind of brain chemistry reward or feel good factor that keeps anal fresh, as you have noted.
Why do they carry on? Because they don't know or care for the alternative. Because they've been lied to or are afraid. Or have had bad first anal experiences.

There is absolutely nothing boring about vaginal sex. The biggest part of sex goes on in peoples minds, and it all depends on what you fantasize about. You are into anal sex, and that is fine, and maybe your fetish is so strong, that you have grown to dislike vaginal sex.
Well, that's OK if your partner feels the same way, or if you can keep from being obsessive about it, and enjoy it if she's willing to do it sometimes, and be willing and learn to enjoy giving her what she needs the rest of the time. Otherwise, you probably should find another partner.
But you are dead wrong to think that other people in general find vaginal sex boring. My wife and I really love anal sex, and sometimes we will do only that for several month. But that don't meant that we find vaginal sex boring, on the contrary, we find it very exciting - we just find anal sex more exciting, and we both find the fact, that we are skipping vaginal sex naughty and very arousing.
But sometimes we can't have anal sex for several month, and then we just use other fantasies to enhance our sex life, witch makes vaginal sex just as good as anal sex, and just as intense . It is not what you do that makes a good sex life, it's the way you use it in your head.

The post is about people in general, not us. The question was if people in general get bored from having vaginal sex only, and I am just trying to point out, that some people here seems to be a bit obsessed about trying to convince everybody that vaginal sex in general is boring, and that most people don't find vaginal sex boring at all.
People get bored from doing the same thing over and over, and anal sex will get just as boring as vaginal sex in the long run if it is the only thing you do.

I don't see that anyone is trying to convince anyone else of anything. It just seems like an honest and genuine question, whose sentiments I happen to share.
Why are we even wasting our time on this forum if not to share our thoughts and to find out if others also share those same feelings?

Most of the world worships pussy - if they didn't then the human population wouldn't have gotten so big! Thank you. This is a great and honest response. I get that many here have anal fetishes but their experiences are not universal and I sometimes question how much is reality and how much is just watching too much porn.
