Indeed, there are a whole host of potential issues that can make vaginal sex difficult or impossible. In that regard I would actually say the anus has a positive advantage.
In any case, from the way the question was asked I wasn't sure if that was a somewhat doubting tone, or if marquis is genuinely curious.
