The use of the term loose is likely not correct, inasmuch the anus is a sphincter, just as are the mouth and eyes. A person can open their mouth or eyes wide and still close them easily, and the same with the anus. The only exception is if and when nerve damage occurs within the lower sacrum, which can happen with larger and harder toys.
