A month from now my girlfriend goes for another boobjob.

I say another because the last boobjob didn’t have the result she craves for. She wants drop shaped, natural big boobs. So this boobjob they will get bigger and get a beautiful shape so she can finally go braless in daily life and topless on the beach.

Later this year she will also do a lipo 360, combined with Brasilian buttlift. This surgery has me in dubio.

On one hand her bodyshape will improve, making her even hotter then she already is. But on the other hand her body already is very sexy to me. But she really wants this, wants to be able to have some years left to shine on the beach, wearing nothing but thongs.

It’s scary because the BBL is a serious job. But she found a very decent surgeon with top results.

Anyway, I’ve put a poll up because I am curious what other people’s view on boobjobs is.

My preference is natural but I’ve never been with a woman who had implants. I was born before the first breast enhancement surgery. As a child of the 60’s and 70’s it was all natural, including crotch hair. No grooming back then, even porn. Times change so people can attain the look they want. We adopted grooming years ago and trimming her pussy and asshole before sex is erotic. So implants for those who want them thumbs up but natural is the look and feel for me.

I have never been with a woman with implants. What I have seen has been a mixed bag. Some women look very nice with implants, big or small. Some women look ridiculous.

I will say those women with the silly string implants look horrible. As I understand it those are only available in Europe or Asia anymore.
If they come out similar to what Shyla Stylze had they look terrific. Hers had a more natural look, as I recall. Also, there was a point when Aletta Ocean's augmentation looked fake in a very attractive manner. Not so much anymore.

My general attitude is if you have no boobs go big or go home. They will look fake so just make them perfectly round globes. If you have sizable breasts already stay reasonable and make them look natural.

I get what you’re saying here. My first wife had small boobs. After breastfeeding our firstborn, they even got saggy. So she wanted a boobjob. Then instead of going to a decent size, she chose rather small implants, going only one size up.

I though that was very stupid, cause the price is the same going one size up or three.

A week ago my girlfriend had her breast correction surgery. Implants went from 365 cc to 450 cc. So slightly bigger but in a more natural shape. Something she wanted real bad, cause her goal is to be braless all the time.

Tomorrow we return to the clinic, where bandages will be changed and we will have a first glimps on her new boobs. It’s really nervewrecking. This is her 5th attempt cause her boobjobs have always been failures due to surgeons not doing what they say they will.
