Hey French Lover, always a pleasure to hear from you. It's good that you are getting over your breakup and gaining an interest in other women again. She sounds like quite a catch if it all works out, having many great qualities.
However I can't claim to be able to fathom her behaviour towards you and what it means! So often women send out mixed and confused signals that we are supposed to clearly understand. Whatever, it sounds like the best approach is to continue to allow her to make the moves, rather than pursuing and courting her.
