I can't imagine a device that would be impossible to remove, as is claimed here, nor have I ever seen a chastity belt that allows access to the anus, unless, of course, it was designed that way. If it were possible to get "stuck" in a chastity belt, I seriously doubt that a person's focus at that point would be on achieving anal orgasms. The infections that a person would incur due to the bacterial environment created by improper hygiene and other issues associated with wearing an "un-removable" device like that would eventually become life threatening.
