I can certainly understand the sexual frustration with an unwilling partner. I'm think that you might want to bring up the subject of a swingers lifestyle with your husband, although I admit that I wouldn't know how to broach the subject. I would imagine that if a wife brought this to the attention of her husband, after some consideration he would be up for some investigation with you at least - I certainly know that I would if my wife brought this to my attention!
