Hiya,
I don't know why it's taken me so long to find this site! Anyway I'm here now.
I'm a willing sub 49 years young. I got into the BDSM scene following the breakdown of my marriage 19 years ago. My vagina is out of bounds for intercourse and I'm not permitted to orgasm through vaginal stimulation, but my dom takes pleasure from fisting me and using large dildos while enjoying anal sex with me. I guess my vagina is not off limits for play, but I struggle to remember the last time he entered it with his penis. Do I still qualify as AO?

There are varying degrees of AO, but the essential part is no penis in vagina.

Can I ask what the etiquette is regarding language on here? Words like "vagina" and "penis" are rather clinical and not what I'd normally use. I just didn't want to commit a faux pas before I got started!

Hi Cassandra, welcome! Whatever language you prefer to use is fine. Given the subject matter of the forum, it's not unexpected that the conversational tone may become sexually explicit. The only rule with regards to that is that pornographic imagery or video should be linked to rather than embedded in posts.
Everyone has their own interpretation of what anal only means for them and how it best works. The core component is no vaginal intercourse. Everything else builds on top of that—some going as strict as zero vaginal or clitoral penetration or external stimulation. It's a broad spectrum.
