Thanks for the smiley face and wink Pavel; but just to reply: I don't get why you say that, if you look at who I have welcomed you will see a mix of genders/orientations. I don't keep count or try to form a balance scale. Nor do I religiously feel the need to welcome every person, that would be a false effort. I just honestly say hello to the ones I notice if I am on here. Feel free to go back through every welcome I have made and draw up a pie chart if you will; but even then, that would not show my intent, it would just show the randomness of who made an introduction cross referenced with when I was on here and when I felt inclined to check the introduction thread. If you automatically say hi to everyone you may as well rig up an automated welcome reply on the introduction thread, both of those options would not be heart felt, they would be robots. I say hello when I am lead to, which is the human way of doing things. x
