Hello all, as the title indicates, I am not sure if I am in the anal only lifestyle yet since I don't get anal from my wife. Here's the thing, she says she doesn't want to and every time I suggest the answer is no. I have only been requesting this during times of intimacy for the past 3-4 months. It's odd to me because when we first started dating/living together she bought enemas (a six pack from Amazon) that never got used. I may have suggested it back then but never went forward with it. A little about "US" we have been married for 12 years and we were living together for 9 years before we got married. fast forward several years and we had a child in 2018. I decided that if i'm going to be this this woman for the rest of my life that I should stop beating around the bush (no pun intended) and let her know that this is something I want. another flash back to my history. I started watching porn in the late 90's early 2000's and found an interest in anal, it spiraled out of control since then. I started renting anal porn, DP porn movies, I bought my first dildo/vibrator when i was 24 for myself. Since then I have owned many adult toys but only used them on myself (usually for a few weeks, then they get put away and when i come across them ( also no pun intended) 6 months to a year later i throw them away because i don't want anyone to find them or know I use them because it's still taboo for a man.

Long story short, Should I stay with my wife even though she doesn't want to do this? should I cheat and give up the marriage when i get caught, if i get caught. She has made it known that she will not be doing this. so should i give up my family for this, I certainly don't want to so the alternative is simply not being able to do this. I really want to and I have always been the gentleman in all my relationships. Never springing this on women that don't want it and never forcing the issue in a relationship. I've tried explaining to her that the reasons people have for not engaging in this act is from a lack of knowledge. I have told her to use an enema, we are nurses so she knows how or at least can figure it out. she also says it's going to hurt, the same excuses most women give, etc...

What your problem concerns, I never forced anal on any woman. I got lucky enough that they wanted to do it, but not a lot of times at all.

It took me two divorces and becomming 50 before I met the woman of my dreams, who liked anal so much that she wanted it every day. So becoming anal only with her was a no brainer.

@ Backdoor, sorry for the long read but i feel like the details were necessary. In short since my wife will not participate in anal at all should I just deal with it or find someone who will.

There is more. She’s the mother of your children. Do I think you should let them grow up in a divorced family, just because your wife doesn’t give you anal ?

Because as I see it you should have made that decision before having kids with her.

Don't give up on your family for this. You may end up never finding what you're looking for, but worse there will come a time you will regret leaving your family behind.

As for your wife, it seems pretty solid she won't changed and most likely she won't, but you never know. There might come a day when she might start coming around.
