Hi, before last week I'd never none anything anal related. I have a numb penis since 2012 so I decided to buy 3 toys. One was A thrust. One was called a High Roller. It's a prostate massager. It rotates like a blender.
I can't orgasm due to my CNS so I used both about 8 hours on the Thursday and Friday non stop.
By the evening I was in pain. It got worse. Saturday I was throwing up with it. I went to hospital and was sent home in the morning. It got worse. I hadn't been to bed since Friday. I was constantly laid throwing up. I went back on Monday and had a CT scan. It was all normal but I can't move. The pain is excruciating. It's like a sharp knife up there pushing the sigmoid. And a knife horizontal pushing in the pubic area. Cramping, aching And it feels solid. The public area feel like hard concrete. I can't use the muscles to urinate or defecate and I've only been once in a week. Hardly anything. Eating a lot.
The inside of my anus is like a big numb swelling like a cushion in there. It's unbelievable. I'm very VERY worried. I don't know if I've damaged the nerves or what. Will it get better? I an disabled and live alone. I am just laid here knees up crying in pain a week now. Can't even get to bed.

If you used it for 8 hours, two days in a row, you severly damaged your bowel. I guess you didn’t read the manual.

So it’s a bit late to ask for advice. The damage is already done.

What u need to do is seek continued medical treatment. A CT scan won’t look for nerve damage. If u r still in extremely pain u need to go back to the emergency department and let them know u need pain management. But remember emergency medicine is not the same as primary care. U need a follow up appt with your primary care provider and need to be honest with them abt what likely contributed to this. Then u can have more thorough work done to assess the nature of the damage and what may be done to hemp and make sure it’s not going to be chronic. The extent of time u used it was extreme and not safe. Not to shame u, as it’s likely a desperate need given your CNS and inability to orgasm. But it’s imperative you find a sex positive physician who can help u explore treatment options safely. Many medical doctors discount the need for pleasure and fulfilling sex lives due to their own focus on physical well-being and discomfort around the topic. But lack of sexual pleasure can cause severe mental health problems for many people. Pls seek a sex positive care provider.
