Referring to the PM I sent you, you stated: all homes in UAE have a shattaf and some have a bidet, hygiene is important for anal, and you can't imagine using only paper. Thinking about those comments, would you reconsider that the shattaf or bidet is unimportant for anal sex? Would you encourage people in US and other non-bidet using areas of the world to embrace bidet or shattaf usage to encounter or offer a cleaner anus as they live an anal only lifestyle?

Anal sex is haram (forbidden). I suppose it depends on how really religious they really are. I could imagine anal being popular among the young there as a means of preserving their high prized vaginal virginity, but since it is something they're unlikely to admit to, who really knows?
