Most people who consider themselves anal only are only excluding vaginal intercourse and still incorporate external vaginal and clitoral stimulation, cunnilingus, and in some cases vaginal dildo play. So in the event she wanted to continue with those but was okay with all intercourse being anal, you could certainly call yourself anal only. (Not that labels really matter!) I'm certainly not suggesting you should do that if your current arrangement is what works fine for the both of you, just wanted to clarify that at least I don't consider it to be a violation of the loosely defined "anal only" to continue with certain non-penetrative vaginal acts.
