I enjoy anal stimulation and penetration, but every time it causes a bowel movement. Yes, even if I go to the bathroom first. I have to clean out completely. Is there a way to avoid this?

Try different times of the day and see if there is a pattern you can follow. Try going to the toilet at the same time each day to see if you can get your body into a cycle. Try fasting for a day and see if that alters or creates a new pattern. Buy and enema kit or an attachment for your shower, be careful of the temperature and water pressure though. Some people on here always have an enema and others don't.
