Sorry but this has not been medically proven, I have medical training. You would have to pin the medical paper that states this linked to the specific research.
But you could look up the paper on stool transplants - the procedure (both oral encapsulated and rectal transplant), uses a stool donor, known to be in good health and carrying no contracted bad bacteria, the donor's stool is used to restart the flora in a patient with chronic dysentery who has not responded to regular pro biotic treatment.
