@Techlady1990 you don't have to worry about a lot of prep if your diet is good for anal. Fruits and veggies will give your body fiber which helps moves things through your intestines cleanly. And you can take fiber supplements. psyllium fiber is the best kind. Take it 2 times a day and you will start pooping very clean and won't have much problems during anal. My wife and I are AO and she doesn't do any kind of internal cleaning at all and we very rarely ever get any kind of poop problems. And even when we do it's very minor.

The preparation that works for me is just After my couple has gone to the toilet and used the bidet or washed her anus.
Then the best advice is to follow these steps:

1) make complete foreplay and get excited. (ask your partner to give you a nice rimming)
2) Lubricate yourself or get lubricated by your partner
3) Dilate: Your partner should start with one finger, then two fingers, otherwise with a Buttplug. At this point is when I know if there is a turd on the way or not. If there is a turd I go vaginal, if it is turd-free always anal.
4) Your partner has to start penetrating you very gently.
5) With penetration, stimulate your clitoris at will (a vibrator is a perfect choice, if you don't have one use your fingers). Or ask the one who penetrates you to use his hand to stimulate your clitoris.

No @BlueMan, NEVER do a step by step build up. Sex isn’t doing steps. Sex is spontanious and should just happen.

Plus after doing anal for more then 3 years with 2,5 years anal only, there is no chance in hell we will go vaginal. E V E R !

So or you are in the wrong place here, or you are speaking out of very limited experience with the anal only lifestyle. I rather have no sex if my girlfriends asshole is not available. And I know for sure I am not alone with this preference here on this forum.

I feel more comfortable doing it after a douche. As you do more anal and become more familiar with your body, you’ll become more comfortable with impromptu anal. My wife loves anal sex but was obsessed with cleaning.
