I found this place via a link on an AO-blog on Tumblr.

My wife and I finally started to enjoy anal sex a few years ago. (I had had wonderful anal sex with previous girlfriends.) I used well over a year to prepare her for anal insertion - lots of licking, tongue fucking, fingering finally got her used to anal stimulation and then actually wanting to try anal fucking.

Anal sex has become an extremely enjoyable part of our sex life. My wife orgasms almost every time. And she says the orgasms are better than the clit-orgasms I often give her (and I definitely believe that). She has never had a cunt-only orgasm.

Hi, Storbs and, welcome! It seems to me that you have a pretty good thing going right now. I wouldn't try to press for an AO lifestyle, as doing so could possibly backfire on you. You're very lucky to have a wife who seems to thoroughly enjoy anal sex. That's great! You already have the perfect foundation on which to build. Don't press it. You've already demonstrated great patience in your comments about other women that you've slowly introduced to anal play, so it looks like you have that covered, too. You're at a really good stage right now. Some women, even though they really enjoy anal sex, will start to feel (on a deep, psychological level) that they're somehow betraying their femininity by enjoying anal play as much as or more so than vaginal. It "seems" to contradict all that's supposed to be "normal" for a woman. I doubt that this is true in your case, but it does happen. You'll most likely find that as time progresses, you'll naturally move more towards anal penetration than vaginal. It just seems to happen that way over time. It did in my case. Anyway, just my two cents.

Yes, you are right. The point is not wearing an "AO-badge" but what gives us the most pleasure. And as long as we both still enjoy vaginal sex, why not continue doing it?

We are very sexual and have sex once or twice almost every day. I have my dick in her ass about 2-4 times a week, now. We'll let things progress by themselves and see how it develops.

Like you say, we will probably be doing anal more and more, and in time, maybe AO will happen "by itself". But I certainly won't press the issue.
