Me & my girlfriend have been together for 5 years & we've never tried vaginal yet, instead we've only had anal sex all that time.

Both.
She loves anal & orgasms from it & to prevent pregnancy, we use anal sex as a method of birth control.

This is pretty common—I don't have any figures, but anecdotally, there are a lot of women who wanted to have sex with their first partner but didn't want to get pregnant and so did anal only for a while as birth control. Obviously, many end up loving and preferring anal even if they later have vaginal, while some choose to just remain anal only and have no interest in trying vaginal.

Or just decide that you'd rather stay anal only and don't need to lose your vaginal virginity. There is certainly an appeal to that.
