The dilemma...
Sunday morning, after breakfast my partner tells me: "I must do a Pap Test this tuesday, and they said that I can't have sex 48 hours before the test. So, we could have vaginal before lunch, or... have anal this afternoon...". I love this girl. In case you were wondering, of course we had anal in the afternoon. By the way, do AO women see an Ob/Gyn like the women who have only vaginal sex?

Not much of a dilemma!
Yes AO women will still need to have pap test/cervical smear as they will undoubtedly have had vaginal sex at some stage in their lives. In which case the test needs to be done every couple of years for the rest of their lives regardless of whether they cease vaginal intercourse or not.

The last time that my wife had a pap smear, she told me that the they also did a rectal exam on her. I'm wondering if this is something that we'll be seeing more and more of in the days to come.
