How long can you go on without sexual release? (Mean: no sex nor masturbation)

And how does it feel to prevent it when you are very very willing to? This second question is especially thought for females, I'm curios to see things from their eyes

(Just to mention, my record is about 3 weeks I guess)

Three weeks to a month. And that was because I was on holiday with friends in their parents home, so no private space for a little me session. Mind you, when I returned and finally did have some private time I felt like Randy Marsh in that Southpark episode where the internet had run dry. It was great. But not that great to warrant me doing this on a regular basis.

The longest I ever went w/o either since first starting masturbating at 13 was 6 weeks when I went to boot camp for the army. That's about the only time in my life I ever went that long w/o any kind of release after starting to do anything. I was still a virgin at the time as well.

After about 3 days I start to get physically uncomfortable and a little squirmy. If I go longer than that it's probably because I'm exhausted from being busy with life stuff.

Sexual release as in orgasm? I guess a long time. Maybe a month or two?

No sexual enjoyment- not even a day. I have sex every day, masturbate a lot and have a lot sexual contact/enjoyment throughout the day.
