You might want to look at B-Vibe Snug Plug. Has several sizes so you can pick starter (vibrating snug plug 1) or larger. I like that it has the on-off control on the outside base so no need to remove to turn on or off. Also they have long necks so the plug gets nicely past the sphincter.
Only drawback is that it has a specialized charger interface, not the standard pin connector so don't lose the charger cable!

I would suggest the small Egg Plug from Square Peg. It's not too big and intimidating. It's super soft and squishy. May take a little practice to get it in but once it's there... Delightful, and comfortable. She will be asking for bigger ones before long. My problem with every vibrating plug I've ever tried is that it's too hard, and too loud to use in a quiet public setting.
