The Prioritization of Anal in Porn

Has anyone else noticed how anal is now the most common thing in porn? I hardly see vaginal anymore. Does that mean many more people accept anal and we'll see AO as a common lifestyle. Whats your ideas about the change to mostly anal in porn?

I think most of them will. You can tell that many of them enjoy it and are comfortable with anal plus why would you want to go back to vaginal once you get used to anal? Anyway, what i'm thinking is they are making mostly anal porn because thats what people want to see now. People would rather be having anal so want to see it. But it works both ways because as there is more anal porn more people see it, see how much better it is and so want to try it. I thinks its been great as theres something that so many people would have missed out on otherwise. They can see its not like they were told, its easy and more pleasurable. There isn't even a category for vaginal sex at most porn sites and if you do rarely see it its just part of warm up to anal and not the main event anyway (so i always skip that bit).

The rise of anal has been relentless, no question about that. But it's overwhelming presence in porn is a two edged sword. On the one hand the visibility erodes the social taboo, while at the same time removing the fear factor and presenting anal as something fun for everyone. On the other hand, it does now raise expectations which still may not always be fulfilled.

For these very reasons I watch little porn these days, though when I seldom do it is always anal. Always there is too much reliance on "gimmicks" such as ATM, gaping etc. As if the passion of anal wasn't enough? Agreed about depth of penetration and not ejaculating in the anus. Another thing: why never show the woman climax? As it is, she is there only there to be "used" (and apparently take delight in that usage ).

So, while I think it is a good thing that anal is starting to dominate, I feel the portrayal could better reflect real life.

I agree that anal porn is a double-edged sword. I find a lot of it just does't do anything for me (in particular any of the mainstream 'fast and hard' type stuff with gagging and lots of spit and so forth). I greatly enjoy some scenes, however, and I do go out of my way to collect scenes which are truly "anal only" (no vaginal at all). The scenes that go into my 'keepers' collection, are rather few and far between.

I like that the increase of anal sex in porn is a sign that it's becoming more popular/accepted (or else is driving that acceptance, I don't care which), but I don't like that 90% of the anal in porn is typical "porn sex" in that its designed to play to a camera and a male audience. It tends to often maintain the annoying perception that all anal sex is a selfish pleasure for men and that women tolerate it for us or, in some cases there are women who enjoy it and those women are regarded as the dirtiest of trashy women around (perhaps intended to be a good thing, but naturally the average person won't see it that way).

Ya anal porn isn't a good way to introduce or get your lifestyle AO.... They made it to unrealistic.... An the gaping is a real turn off for most women.... That I have been with
